Meet Reset Fitness If your summer routine involved more airport lounges than lunges, you’re in good company. Getting back into training can feel easier when you’ve got a plan, a coach to check in with and people showing up alongside you. Meet Reset Fitness Jumeirah Islands , the boutique gym at Jumeirah Islands Pavilion where strength, HIIT and conditioning come with an energetic community feel. Colourful ring lights, group sessions and encouragement from the coaches set the scene for putting your trainers back to work. This post-summer line-up gives adults and younger members something to get involved in. The 6-Week Reset brings structure to your training, while the Teens Programmes offer ages 10–17 their own introduction to strength and sport-focused sessions.
