Ladies, making time for yourself shouldn’t require a complicated plan—or another expensive membership. If you’ve been meaning to try a gym, get back into a routine or meet other women who fancy getting active, a complimentary session can be a lovely place to start. The deal? These Dubai offers bring together gym access, group workouts, cycling and community gatherings for women. There are weekend options, flexible trials and a morning meet-up where the little ones can come along, too. Invite the friend who keeps saying “we should do something together” and give yourselves a date to look forward to.
